Important Notes (Driver Installation & Compatibility)

• When plugging the adapter in for the first time, a new USB drive will appear in “My Computer / This PC”. Open it and run the setup file to install the driver.
• You can also download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• If installation fails, temporarily disable anti‑virus software during installation, then re‑enable it afterwards.
• Supported: Windows 10 and above only.
• Not supported: Windows 7/8 and older, macOS.
